Terms of Service

HyperFM / EDGE · Last updated September 2026

By using hyperfm.site or the HyperFM app ("the site"), you agree to these terms.

The content

Music, artwork, and creative content on this site belong to HyperFM. Streaming previews are for personal listening — don't rip, redistribute, or use them commercially.

Community rules — zero tolerance

HZ Chat and reviews are public, and you must agree to these terms before posting. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. That includes hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats, sexually explicit content, content that exploits or endangers anyone, spam, and anything illegal. The app is intended for users 18 and older.

• Filtering: posts are automatically checked, and clearly abusive language is blocked before it is published.
• Report: tap the ⋯ button on any chat message or review to report it. Reported posts are hidden for you right away.
• Block: from the same button you can block a user so you never see their posts again.
• Our response: we review every report within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these rules and eject the user who posted it.
• Contact: to report inappropriate activity directly, email inquiries@hyperfm.site.

Chat, reviews & votes

• Keep it respectful. Don't post anything harassing, hateful, spam, or illegal in HZ Chat or reviews.
• We can remove content or block access for anyone who doesn't follow this.
• One vote system is in place for the Fan Poll — don't try to manipulate it (bots, repeated votes, etc.).
• Anything you post publicly (chat messages, reviews) may stay visible to other visitors even after you stop using the site.

Notifications

If you opt in to "notify me when Hyper goes live," you're agreeing to be contacted about future live streams at the phone number you provide. You can ask to be removed at any time — see the Privacy Policy for how.

No warranty

The site is provided as-is. We don't guarantee it'll always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the site grows. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
