Privacy Policy
HyperFM / EDGE · Last updated September 2026
This policy covers hyperfm.site and the HyperFM app (together, "the site"). It explains what's collected here and why.
What we collect
- Fan votes — when you vote for a track in the Fan Poll, we store which track was voted for. No account or personal info is required to vote.
- Chat messages — messages you post in HZ Chat are stored and shown to other visitors, along with an optional display name you choose. Don't post anything you don't want public.
- Reviews — reviews you write are stored and shown publicly, along with an optional name you choose.
- Phone number — if you opt in to "notify me when Hyper goes live," we store the phone number you provide so we can reach you about future streams.
- Artist account — a login exists for the artist's own admin use (going live, viewing subscribers). This isn't available to the public and isn't how general visitors use the site.
Analytics
We use Ahrefs Web Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service, to see aggregate traffic to the site (pages visited, general traffic volume). It doesn't use cookies and doesn't collect personal data tied to you individually.
What we don't do
- We don't run ad trackers on this site.
- We don't sell your data.
Third-party links
The site links out to streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, Tidal, Pandora). Those are separate services with their own privacy policies — this policy only covers hyperfm.site itself.
Children's privacy
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.
